Where a payment is made for a specific open course and we (1stAiders) in the unlikely event are forced to cancel the course, we will offer an alternative course in and around the same locality or a full refund, we will also give you a further 25% discount off an alternative date. If the customer chooses not to attend an alternative course we will refund the money paid with seven days.
Where a payment is made by a customer for a specific course and they cannot/do not attend the course or cancel a bespoke course with or without notice, they will be offered an alternative date as a goodwill gesture but therewill be no refund.
Where a payment is deposited and appointment made for 1stAiders to visit a client’s premises to deliver a first aid course and the client cancels the appointment, no refund will be made but a further appointment will be arranged if the cancelation is 14 days before the event.
Where a payment is deposited and an appointment is made for 1stAiders to visit a client’s premises to deliver a first aid course and 1stAiders are forced to a cancel the appointment, a further appointment will be offered and if future availabilities are not acceptable we will refund the money paid within 7 days.If the client cancels there will be no refund.
